project presentation
Wyd is a firm specializing in executive search and talent management for senior executives and managers, helping shape the future of organizations. TurnK supported the company in restoring its online presence.
When an online absence threatens visibility and accessibility
Before the project began, Wyd had been without an online presence for more than a year, putting its visibility and accessibility at risk.
A clear objective: restore Wyd's online presence
The primary objective was to re-establish the company's online presence through a distinctive, fluid, intuitive, and clear website, while maintaining a discreet image and highlighting its people-focused approach.
Support at every stage to address the client's specific needs
The client initially worked with an art director to redesign its visual identity. Joint workshops were then organized to define the user experience. TurnK's UX/UI designer developed a sitemap aligned with the client's objectives, enabling close collaboration throughout the process.
A debriefing session was then held with Wyd's teams for joint validation. An interface proposal followed, before integration in Webflow. A Typeform connection was also implemented to optimize the candidate application experience.
A rigorous methodology adapted to tight deadlines
The project had a demanding schedule, with workshops starting in late November 2023 and delivery planned for the first week of January 2024. Careful planning and effective collaboration between TurnK and Wyd made it possible to meet the deadline.
End-to-end support, from Webflow integration to team training
TurnK's production teams created a new website in Webflow. As requested, the site is fluid and visually refined, successfully restoring Wyd's online presence.
To improve the recruitment process, a Typeform form was integrated to provide candidates with a smooth and efficient application experience. Finally, Wyd's teams received remote training to ensure effective adoption of the new digital solution.
