  • Choose the action you want to perform with this application. For example, adding a contact to a Mailchimp list, creating a Trello card, saving a file in Dropbox...
  • Customize action parameters using trigger data or entering values manually.
  • Test the action to make sure it's working properly.
  • Name and activate your Zap.

You can then see the number of tasks executed by your Zap and change it if necessary. You can also add additional steps to your Zap to make it more complex and powerful.
