Presentation of the project

Until recently, the ITIC Paris school used HubSpot CRM for its digital communication while facing major operational problems resulting from the use of several tools. To overcome these challenges, they recently deployed Ypareo, an ERP specialized in the management of training centers.

Ypareo takes care of various aspects, such as the processing of application files, the organization of schedules, the monitoring of attendance, invoicing, etc. However, before our intervention, no connection was established between Ypareo and HubSpot.
