rollout phases, with a go/no-go after the POCs
project presentation
Pharmacom, distributor and integrator of the WinPharma pharmacy software in south-west France, serves around 1,300 pharmacies from Bordeaux and its branches in Toulouse, Limoges and Bayonne.
Challenges
- An in-house ERP that could no longer evolve.
- The same customer entered in several unsynchronised tools.
- Annual invoicing with many manual checks, while the company wants to move to monthly billing.
- Sales follow-up and customer service without a dedicated tool.
- Mandatory e-invoicing to prepare for.
Solutions
Following a full audit of the information system, turnK is rolling out Odoo in 9 phases, favouring standard features:
- Core and master data: multi-company, deduplicated customer and product master data, Microsoft single sign-on.
- Billing and order management: subscriptions, monthly billing, SEPA direct debits and mandates, accounting, e-invoicing.
- Customer service: helpdesk with SLAs, integrated telephony, pharmacist portal.
- Inventory, purchasing and after-sales: multi-branch inventory, serial numbers, field service.
- CRM and data: sales management, churn alerts, dashboards.
What changes
- A single customer database for every team.
- Automated monthly billing.
- Hosting controlled by Pharmacom: the code and data belong to the company.
- The gradual shutdown of the legacy ERP.
Pharmacom is getting a standard, scalable ERP that is ready for e-invoicing.
